Servpro is the leader in disaster cleanup and restoration in the U.S. We’re talking floods, fires, crimes scenes, freak accidents, or any other “acts of God” you can imagine. In 2021, the brand got a full refresh: new visual identity, new website, brand guidelines, and a campaign that pushed their promise "Like It Never Even Happened" to its absolute limit.

360 Campaign

I co-art directed the campaign alongside Jane Owenby, with primary ownership of the brand's new visual system, site design, and campaign design assets. Working with director Filip Engström and Smuggler, we built a test site where a helicopter dropped a giant water balloon on a house and a jet engine tore through a hair salon — then showed SERVPRO's team restore it all. Giant water balloon explosions absolutely qualify as acts of God.

Our campaign also includes social media and online videos that drive viewers to Servpro’s new website, where they can find exclusive additional content.
